Modernization measures
The exterior walls, the bottom of the basement ceiling and the roof were insulated, the heating was modernized and solar collectors for warm water were installed.
For ecological reasons, the selected insulation material is no foam material but wood fiber boards.
The calculated energy needed for heating could be reduced to 46 %. Moreover the summer heat protection as well as the sound insulation were improved.
